Dallas used to say he “worked out” his ideas through his teaching and audience feedback, and these recordings provide insight into some of his most profound ideas. His gentle and pastoral way of teaching, his humor, and his love for the subject matter also come through clearly.

His wide breadth of impact inspired friends, family, colleagues, students, and leaders of the church to gather their reflections on this celebrated yet humble theologian and philosopher. This medley of images, snapshots and "Dallas-isms" seeks to move and motivate readers toward deeper experiences of God through the sharing of stories from the lives of the writers.
Living in Christ’s Presence Final Words on Heaven and the Kingdom of God
Dallas Willard and John Ortberg explore what it means to live well now in light of God's kingdom. They reflect on the power of the Trinity in our lives, the meaning of knowledge, the importance of spiritual disciplines and much more. Dallas Willard offers poignant thoughts about what it will be like to transition into the very presence of Christ in heaven. Adapted from the talks given at the "Knowing Christ Today"

Spirit of the Disciplines (The)
Dallas Willard presents a way of living that enables ordinary men and women to enjoy the fruit of the Christian life. He reveals how the key to self-transformation resides in the practice of the spiritual disciplines, and how their practice affirms human life to the fullest. The Spirit of the Disciplines is for everyone who strives to be a disciple of Jesus in thought and action as well as intention.
Great Omission (The)
The last command Jesus gave the church before he ascended to heaven was the Great Commission, the call for Christians to "make disciples of all the nations." But Christians have responded by making "Christians," not "disciples." This has been the church's Great Omission.
Divine Conspiracy (The)
A timely and challenging call back to the true meaning of Christian discipleship. In The Divine Conspiracy, Willard gracefully weaves biblical teaching, popular culture, science, scholarship, and spiritual practice into a tour de force that shows the necessity of profound changes in how we view our lives and faith.
Renovation of the Heart; Putting on the Character of Christ
The ideal end of Christian spiritual transformation is when all of the essential parts of the human self are effectively organized around God, as they are restored and sustained by Him. Spiritual transformation in Christ is the process leading to that ideal end, and its result is love of God with all of the heart, soul, mind, and strength, and of the neighbor as oneself.
You can experience significant growth in your Christian walk, shed sinful habits, and increasingly take on the character of Christ. Willard calls this "the transformation of the spirit"—a divine process that "brings every element in our being, working from inside out, into harmony with the will of God or the kingdom of God."
