Let's "Give 'em Heaven" on Giving Tuesday

Giving Tuesday launched in 2012 with the simple idea of creating a day that encourages people to do good. The idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. Each year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, this movement reminds the world that every act of generosity counts, whether it is helping a neighbor or stranger, showing up for an issue or people we care about, or giving to causes we believe in.

This Giving Tuesday, please consider supporting Dallas Willard Ministries in our efforts to make the very best content from Dallas Willard easily available and offer experiential learning opportunities that bring about lasting spiritual transformation. Click the Donate button or see the "How You Can Help" section below to help us Give 'em Heaven today.

The following initiatives are currently underway to make Dallas's teaching more readily available:

  • Free Zoom Webinars are being offered in partnership with Doug Webster of Jesus College to help you dig deeper into Dallas’s teaching. Please see our Events page for current course offerings.
    - If you’ve missed the beginning of a webinar, you can still sign-up for the rest and view the earlier sessions at any time.
    - Previous classes, including The Allure of Gentleness, The Divine Conspiracy, Life Without Lack, and For Such a Time as This are available to watch and use for your personal study or with a small group at any time.
  • We are adapting Dallas’s material for YouVersion reading plans. Our first reading plan, Hearing God Through the Year, is now available. Two studies based on Renovation of the Heart will be available by the end of 2021. Look for them under the titles, Becoming Christlike Through Renovation of the Heart, and Becoming Christlike: Loving God With All You Are.
  • The first two Cohorts in the School of Kingdom Living are now in session. Registration for Cohort 3 will begin in April. If you would like to find out more about the School and the possibility of joining the next cohort, please email John Carroll.
  • We continue to expand our website resources - with more free articles, downloadable audio, and philosophy syllabi.
  • We are building the collection of full-length teaching sessions on the DWM YouTube channel and offering brief video clips for use as teaching tools.
  • Development has begun on a comprehensive, searchable database for all of Dallas’s teaching.
  • The Moral Knowledge Initiative, has been slowed down a bit by Covid-19, but we have two sites on standby to schedule symposiums in response to the significant interest in the 2018 publication of The Disappearance of Moral Knowledge.
  • Our first small group Bible study curriculum is now in development.
  • Members of our Speakers Bureau are available to bring what they’re learned from Dallas to your location. See our newest seminar offering: Taking Discipleship Seriously - Understanding the Writings of Dallas Willard
  • We will continue to offer online courses such as Life Without Lack.
